Laundry Room Roof - this project has been quite a struggle. With several setbacks it appears we are finally on the way to soon begin reconstruction. Delays have mostly been due to the structural damage that was caused by Hurricane Irma. The roof was planned to be rebuilt but due to Collier County Regulations, because of structural damage the roof can not be rebuilt as it was. The roof now has to be built to withstand new Collier County wind codes. Which required new permitting and increased construction costs. Looks like all the roadblocks have been passed and we are now only waiting for the insurance carrier to approve the additional funding needed. We anticipate the roof project to be completed by September 1st.


Pool Washrooms - the pool washrooms have been remodeled and are now complete. Both washrooms now have new tile and fixtures and look great.


Screened Gazebo - the screened Gazebo near the dock has been assigned to Steven Rhodes Company. Steven Rhodes has been out several  times to survey the site along with getting electricians and plumbers to bid jobs for him. As of now he is prepared to submit the plans to Collier County for approval. Once approved Steven can begin work on the screened Gazebo.
