May 1st through October 31st...(Considered as "Off Season" Rates)...
Daily: $30.00 + Tax = $33.00*, Weekly: $180.00 + Tax = $198.00*, Monthly: $500.00 + Tax = $550.00*
November 1st through April 30th...(Considered as "In Season" Rates)...
Daily: $45.00 + Tax = 49.50*, Weekly: $270.00 + Tax = $297.00*, Monthly: $800.00 + Tax = $880.00*
The Off-Season rates (May 1 - October 31) were effective as of May 1, 2006.
*The above rates that are listed include a required 6% State Sales Tax plus a required 4% Collier County Tourist Tax.

Current Share Prices:
On Wednesday, January 21, 2009 the Finance Committee recommended and the Board of Directors agreed to maintaining the current price of RV (Recreational Vehicle) Shares at $55,000 each.
On Wednesday, January 21, 2009 the Finance Committee recommended and the Board of Directors agreed to maintaining the current price of MH (Mobile Home) Shares at $65,000 each.

A total of 279 Shares out of 312 available have been sold. This includes both Mobile Home and RV Shares.
We (the Co-Op) currently have several R.V. "transient" lots available for rent or for sale. Please contact our Office for details if interested. Also be aware that there are usually other units, both RV and mobile, that are either For Sale or For Rent by the individual owner(s) of those units. Some may be published on this web site on the For Sale/For Rent page or some further information may be able to be provided by contacting our Office during regular Office hours or by contacting the individuals that are trying to sell or rent.
The Day To Day Running of Holiday Manor Co-Op, Inc....
Holiday Manor Co-Op, Inc. has contracted with Southwest Property Management Corporation of Naples, Florida, an accredited management organization and an active member of the Community Association Institute. Southwest personnel are qualified in administrative operations, accounting, building maintenance, grounds maintenance and construction management. Holiday Manor's Manager is Mr. Jeff Hughes, who started with us in early October of 2007.
Holiday Manor Co-Op, Inc. is governed by a nine (9) person Board of Directors which includes a President, a Vice-President, a Secretary, a Treasurer and five (5) Directors. The Officers are elected by the entire Board of Directors for one (1) year periods beginning in early January each year following the Annual Meeting. Members of the Board of Directors are Shareholders in the Co-Op and are elected by the qualified Shareholders for three (3) year terms of Office. Each year three (3) Directors end their Term of Office and can either run again or be replaced by new personnel by a secret vote of the Shareholders of the Co-Op.
