This page is being offered to the residents of Holiday Manor as a courtesy from the Co-Op.  If a resident is interested in having a posting on this page of the HMCI web site of a For Sale or For Rent "sign/ad" of their particular unit, that is located within the property of the Holiday Manor Co-Op, Inc., they can leave a copy of the "sign/ad" at the Office and the Webmaster will scan it to a Viewable and Printable PDF file for visitors to this site.  The posting will be dated and be available for up to six (6) months or removed at the residents request if the unit is sold, rented or due to a change of mind by the resident.  It will be the residents responsibility to resubmit the "sign/ad" to continue the web site posting if the time limit has expired or to inform the Office if the posting is no longer needed.  Postings in the Laundry Room and Office are now (as of July 2010) located in 3 ring binders and will be limited to not more than one (1) full page in size and up to six (6) months in duration.  The use of 3 ring binders for all postings versus bulletin board postings will assist potential purchasers and sellers as the information will now be more organized and easier to view.  Bulletin Board postings of a "sign/ad" will be removed by management.

Special Notice... Beginning on February 1, 2011, the Board of Directors have authorized a reduced share price sale on ONLY the following three (3) HMCI owned RV sites... 707 Palm, 739 Palm and 811 Palm.  If sold, these sites will not be allowed to be "swapped" back to the Corporation.  The sale price for the shares on these sites is set at $40,000 each.  Please contact the Office during regular Office hours.
