Special note: Some Holiday manor residents will be gathering in Shipshewana Indiana Aug. 20 to Aug. 24 2012. The motel information is Super 8, 740 S. Vanburen, Shipshewana, IN. Phone 260-768-4004. Ask for Rena and tell her you are with the Holiday Manor group. For those camping; Shipshewana Campground South, 1105 S Vanburen, Shipshewana, IN Phone 260-768-4669. Those staying in the campground are using sites 108-116. For those not familiar this is Amish country located in northern Indiana, both known for interesting shops and great food, country style.

Thank you for visiting our web site. As an up-to-date business, we want to give you the opportunity to stay in touch with our community via the Internet. This content management system that we belong to will enable us to always keep you as up to date as possible.
At present, we are undergoing an upgrade to this web site and construction and updating will be occurring on a regular basis. At this point, we can provide you with information regarding location, available rental sites and amenities available to our residents and guests. The Co-Op Office is open and staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 12:00 Noon EST all year long except for major holidays. In brief, you should know the following about us: Holiday Manor Co-Op, Inc. was established in 1996 and is a Mobile Home and RV, resident-owned, senior community - 55+. No pets allowed. Our community is located at 1185 Henderson Creek Drive, Naples, Florida 34114. We are approximately 6 miles north of Marco Island, Florida off Route 951 (Collier Boulevard), approximately 8 miles south of Interstate 75 off Exit 101 and about 7 miles east of the historic Naples Fishing Pier near downtown Naples. We are a community of 312 sites with 187 used for Mobile Homes and 125 used for RV's, Park Models or Motor Coaches. There are available sites that are for rent or for sale, please contact the Holiday Manor Office if interested.
