Holiday Manor Mission Statement...
"Holiday Manor is an active 55+ Co-Operative community where friendship, participation and volunteerism are highly valued. Residents affect the vision and direction of the park with their ideas and comments. At this point, we can provide you with information regarding location, available rental sites and amenities available to our residents and guests. In brief, you should know the following about us: Holiday Manor Co-Op, Inc. was established in 1996 and is a Mobile Home and RV, resident-owned, senior community - 55+. No pets allowed. Our community is located at 1185 Henderson Creek Drive, Naples, Florida 34114. We are approximately 6 miles north of Marco Island, Florida off Route 951 (Collier Boulevard), approximately 8 miles south of Interstate 75 off Exit 101 and about 7 miles east of the historic Naples Fishing Pier near downtown Naples. We are a community of 312 sites with 187 used for Mobile Homes and 125 used for RV's, Park Models or Motor Coaches. There is currently only 1 (one) site that is rentable or saleable, please contact the Holiday Manor Office if interested.
