Any realtor will tell you location, location, location is most important but talking with Naples retired residents it all comes down to cost, cost, cost.
I know few parks as cheap living as we are but you have to ask if the park is debt free. We are as of Feb. 2013. Not only that but we are continuing to build reserves funds which is very important for the park. Finding a well run, managed park in south Florida takes a community working together for the best of the park. Not only that but to find one that has water access to the gulf is even better. I dare anyone to check us out and compare; Holiday Manor would shake out near the top if not at the top. Thanks for taking the time to visit our site even better would be a visit in person.

The Co-Op Office is open and staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 12:00 Noon EST in season except for major holidays. In brief, you should know the following about us: Holiday Manor Co-Op, Inc. was established in 1996 and is a Mobile Home and RV, resident-owned, senior community - 55+. No pets allowed. Our community is located at 1185 Henderson Creek Drive, Naples, Florida 34114. We are approximately 6 miles north of beautiful Marco Island, Florida off Route 951 (Collier Boulevard), approximately 8 miles south of Interstate 75 off Exit 101 and about 7 miles east of the historic Naples Fishing Pier near downtown Naples. We are a community of 312 sites with 187 used for Mobile Homes and 125 used for RV's, Park Models or Motor Coaches.
